I am pleased to announce that ICP Construction, Inc. (ICP), a division of the ICP Group, has finalized the acquisition of Rock-Tred.
The ICP Group is an Industry Leader in the Coatings, Adhesives and Sealants markets. More information on ICP can be found at www.icpgroup.com. We have business platforms in the Industrial, Adhesives and Sealants, and Construction markets.
ICP will be positioning Rock-Tred’s products and services within the ICP Construction Performance Coatings Group brand line-up, which currently includes the Fiberlock, DryTreat and California Sport Surfaces businesses. We plan to build and expand the Rock-Tred business lines and production capabilities which will lead to numerous growth and expansion opportunities.
Christopher O’Brien, the former owner of Rock-Tred, will be ICP Construction’s new VP of Flooring Systems. He will work with me to strategically expand this product range organically and through acquisitions.
For now, it will be business as usual. This acquisition will not impact how you interact with the Rock-Tred team, and it’s our intention to continue to manufacture and supply all key products that Rock-Tred currently offers.
