Chris O’Brien - CEO/President

During the last 20 years Chris O’Brien has worked with  specification writers, architects, building consultants, general contractors, facility managers, home and business owners to design and execute coating and topping projects that beautify and protect. He holds patents on both processes and equipment,  has authored articles for numerous magazines,  served on the board of directors for several profit and non-profit corporations and  is actively engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and sales of specialty coatings all across the United States.

Michael Lenk - Vice President / National Sales Manager

Mike joined the Rock-Tred TEAM in February of 2011 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  Previously he was National Sales Manager for another polymer manufacturer covering the U.S. and Canada for 6 years.  Mike was a previous owner of an epoxy flooring contractor for several years prior to getting in to product distribution.  He has his B.S. Degree from Indiana State University in Business Management.  Mike has been involved in the epoxy flooring industry since 1996.

Simone Virden - Customer Service / Marketing Manager

Simone Virden is Rock-Tred’s Customer Service Manager and Marketing Manager. Her career within the coatings industry started as an Office Manager and Estimator for a successful epoxy contractor. It was during that time that she gained experience in the field, as well as extensive product knowledge. Simone brings with her over a decade of experience in Customer Service, process management, as well as Information Technology.  This unique combination of experience makes Rock-Tred’s customer service and marketing Second-to-none!

Erik Sebby - Director of Business Development

Erik has been in the polymer coatings industry for over 10 years. He has worked as a field sales representative specifying, selling and managing installations of fluid applied flooring and wall systems across industries and in a wide variety of job site environments. Erik brings his experience tailoring flooring systems to meet job specific needs and preparing difficult substrates to share with Rock-Tred customers. Erik has a BS from Western Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Erik is available to assist our contractors and architects with product recommendations and specification writing.

Brian Wilson - Plant Manager

Brian Wilson, who is currently Rock-Tred’s Shipping and Production Manager, has been in the coatings industry for more than 20 years. He started his career in the field; first as a painter, then as an epoxy installer. This was followed with years in sales, estimating, and accounting, before making his way to Production Management and Plant Supervision. Brian continues to be a wonderful, and much relied-on, asset to our team.
