As one of the largest batch processors of resin in the country, ROCK-TRED’S fully computerized batch manufacturing system is designed to be flexible enough to meet the needs of small (1 gal) to massive (5,000 gal) batches. Our multitude of mixers can handle low to ultra high viscosity material. ROCK-TRED is equipped to handle a wide range of solvents, and other hazardous materials. Having vertically integrated to milling our own pigments, we are able to ensure exact color matching and to keep the quality of our pigment dispersions at the highest level. Beyond this, ROCK-TRED has equipment to blend and package a variety of aggregates and powders.
